Managing team members in FeedbackChimp is straightforward, allowing you to add or remove teammates as needed to keep your workspace organized. If a team member no longer needs access, you can easily delete them from the workspace.
Note: Adding team members and managing user roles are exclusive features that are only available with the Remove Branding add-on.
Steps to Delete a Teammate
Here’s a quick guide on how to remove a teammate in FeedbackChimp.
- From your FeedbackChimp dashboard, navigate to Settings and select Team Members.
- In the Team Members section, you’ll see a list of all the teammates who have access to your workspace.
- Locate the teammate you want to remove and click the Delete icon next to their name.
- Once you click the delete icon, the teammate will be removed from the workspace, and they will no longer have access.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage your workspace access, keeping your FeedbackChimp environment tailored to only those team members currently involved in your projects.
