Designed to help you prioritize improvements and keep your customers engaged, FeedbackChimp's feedback portals enable you to connect directly with users, understand their needs, and build better products based on valuable input.

What Does a Feedback Portal Consist Of?

A Feedback Portal consists of Feedback Boards where users can share their thoughts, suggestions, and ideas. Within a feedback board, visitors can:
  • Share feedback: Users can submit new ideas, requests, or issues.
  • Comment on posts: Engage in discussions by leaving comments on existing feedback (if enabled).
  • Upvote posts: Show support for ideas they find useful or important.
You can access your feedback portal in FeedbackChimp by going to your dashboard, and then clicking on the 'Live Portal' tab as shown below.

Creating Feedback Boards

With FeedbackChimp, you can easily create multiple feedback boards within your workspace. Here’s what you can do with feedback boards:
  • Organize Feedback: Set up separate boards to collect feedback on different topics, product features, or projects.
  • Publish Posts: Add new posts to gather ideas, requests, and suggestions from users.
  • Revisit Previous Posts: Users can access and review past feedback, adding comments or updates to keep discussions going.
