Public boards in FeedbackChimp allow you to collect feedback from a wide audience. These boards are accessible to anyone, making them ideal for gathering input from customers, the general public, or any external stakeholders.

How to Set Up a Public Board

To create a public board, follow these steps:

Create a New Board:

First, set up a new board in FeedbackChimp by following the steps below.
  1. Go to the Boards tab in your FeedbackChimp dashboard.
  2. Click on the Create Board button.

You will be taken to a new page where you can configure the board's settings, such as the board name and visibility options. You can set your board to 'Public' from here as shown below. You can always update the board visibility later on.

Updating Board Visibility to Public

To update your board visibility to 'Public', scroll down to the Board Visibility options. From here, you need to follow the steps below:
  1. Select 'Public' from the dropdown list of options.
  2. Click Save to finalize the setup of your public board.
