In FeedbackChimp, internal comments allow users to engage in private discussions that are only visible to admins and selected team members. This feature is useful for maintaining confidentiality and facilitating focused feedback without public visibility.
How to Create Internal Comments
To post an internal comment:
- Navigate to the Feedback tab in the FeedbackChimp app.
- Click on the 'Edit' icon next to the specific feedback post where you want to leave an internal comment.
- In the comment section, type your message in the text box provided.
- Ensure the Public toggle is disabled. This will ensure your comment is posted as an internal comment and will only be visible to admins and internal users.
- Click the submit button to post your internal comment.
