End users can submit feedback by creating an account on FeedbackChimp or, if allowed, posting feedback anonymously. Each piece of feedback can include a title, description, category, and relevant tags to help the admin team prioritize and categorize it appropriately.
How To Submit Feedback Using FeedbackChimp?
Follow the steps given below to submit your feedback on a public board with FeedbackChimp.
Step 1: Navigate To The Public Board To Share Feedback
Go to the feedback board provided by the admin as shown below.
Step 2: Describe Your Feedback With Relevant Details
Add a short, descriptive title and then describe your feedback. You can choose to add images if needed. Fill in the feedback form with additional details such as category or sub-category.
Step 3: Submit Your Feedback.
When you are done, click on the ‘Create Post’ button to submit your feedback.
Just like that, you can submit your feedback. If the admin requires you to create an account on FeedbackChimp, you will be prompted to do so. If anonymous posting is enabled, and the admin team approves your post, you should see your feedback on the public board as shown below.
