How to Assign an Owner to a Post
To assign an owner to a post, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Feedback tab from your FeedbackChimp dashboard.
- Locate the post you want to assign an owner to and click on the Edit icon next to the post.
- In the post editor, look to the right sidebar and click on the Owner option.
- Choose a team member from the dropdown list to assign them as the owner of the post.
