Estimated Dates (ETAs) in FeedbackChimp allow you to provide your users with a timeline for when a specific feature, improvement, or bug fix might be completed. Setting an ETA for posts helps manage user expectations, keeping them informed about the progress of their feedback. You can easily add, update, or remove ETAs for any post within your FeedbackChimp dashboard.

How to Set an ETA for a Post

Follow these steps to set an ETA for a post in FeedbackChimp:
  1. From your dashboard, click on the Feedback tab to see a list of all posts.
  2. Find the post for which you want to set an ETA. Click on the Edit icon next to the post. This will open the post editor.
  3. In the post editor, look to the right-hand sidebar and find the Estimated section.
  4. Click on the Estimated field, and use the calendar tool to select the desired ETA date.
  5. You can choose to display the ETA publicly by marking the 'Show Publicly' checkbox as checked.
