Customizing your branding helps align your Feedbackchimp account with your company’s identity. By setting up your branding for your workspace, you can create a more personalized experience and your brand shines through in all your customer interactions.
How to add Your Branding in Feedbackchimp
- Log in to your Feedback Chimp account and head over to the dashboard.
- Click on the Settings tab in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Navigate to ‘Workspace Settings” as shown below.
This is where you’ll manage your company's branding elements. From here, you can:
- Edit your Logo and Favicon
- Edit your company name and custom subdomain
- Edit your company's theme color
Step 1: Upload Your Logo, Featured Image, and Favicon
You can upload your company’s logo by clicking on the ‘Upload logo’ button. Similarly, you can also upload a favicon and a featured image for your company’s branding.
Both the logo and favicon must be uploaded as a square (i.e., the image has a ratio of 1:1).
- The maximum file size for your company logo is 8MB.
- For the favicon, a total size of 32 x 32 is recommended.
- For the featured image, the recommended size is 1200 x 630.
Step 2: Update Your Company Name And Domain
You can update your company name and domain in Feedbackchimp at any time.
Note: Custom domain is only available for the Remove Branding addon. If you subscribe to that addon, you will be able to access the custom domain feature.
If you have the Remove Branding addon you can also choose whether to display a subtle link to the FeedbackChimp website by simply enabling or disabling the toggle option.
Step 3: Update Your Brand Colors And Language
From your ‘Workspace Settings’, you can also change the brand colors and set the language.
Once you've set up your branding, make sure to click on the ‘Save’ button to update your changes.
