FeedbackChimp provides users with the ability to customize their email settings, allowing for a more personalized and branded communication experience. By adjusting these settings, you can ensure that your emails reflect your brand identity, enhance recognition, and improve engagement with your subscribers.
Note: Email Settings are an exclusive feature that is only available with the Remove Branding addon.
How to Customize Email Settings
To customize your email settings in FeedbackChimp, follow these steps:
- Log in to Your FeedbackChimp Account.
- From your dashboard, locate the Settings option in the menu.
- Click on Email Settings to access the customization options.
Customization Options
Once in the Email Settings section, you’ll find several options to personalize your email communications:
1. Upload an Email Logo:
Enhance your email branding by uploading a logo that represents your business. This logo will appear at the top of your emails, helping to establish brand recognition.
Click on the upload button and select the desired image file from your device.
2. Add a Custom Reply-To Email Address:
Specify a custom reply-to email address where recipients can direct their responses. This helps you manage communications more effectively.
Enter the desired email address in the provided field.
3. Set a Display Name & the Sending Address:
Choose a display name that will be shown to your subscribers as the sender of the emails. This can be your business name or a specific contact name.
Fill in the display name field to ensure your emails appear professional and recognizable.
You can also specify a custom sending email address. This address will be used as the “From” address in your emails, enhancing your brand's credibility.
Enter your custom sending address in the designated field and then click the Confirm button. You will receive a verification link in the email address you provided.
Important: Custom sending email address must be verified before they can be used.
Step 4: Verify Custom Sending Email Address
Log in to the email account which you want to use as your custom sending email address. You should receive an email from FeedbackChimp with instructions on how to verify your custom sending email address. Click on the Allow this domain to be used in the verification email as shown below.
If you did not receive any verification link, do the following:
- Double check that you have entered a valid email address.
- Click on the Resend verification link button and wait a few minutes. It may take some time for the verification link to be sent to your email.
- If the above options do not solve the issue, contact our Customer Support for further assistance.
Deleting Custom Sending Email Address
If you wish to remove the custom sending email address, simply click on the Delete domain button. A popup confirmation message will appear so you can confirm the deletion.
