FeedbackChimp allows users to manage multiple products by creating separate workspaces. Each workspace functions independently, letting you collect and organize feedback specific to each product without any overlap. This feature is ideal for teams managing feedback for multiple products, as each workspace can be customized, branded, and configured to meet the unique needs of different audiences.
Steps to Create a New Workspace
- Click on the top header of your current workspace. This will open a sidebar.
- Click the Create new workspace button.
- Follow the prompts to set up your new workspace, including naming it and configuring any initial settings.
Important Notes About Workspaces in FeedbackChimp
- Independence of Workspaces: Each workspace is completely separate. Feedback, boards, and customizations created in one workspace will not interfere with or affect other workspaces. This structure ensures that feedback for each product remains organized and product-specific.
- Billing and Addons: Premium features, such as the Remove Branding addon, are billed on a per-workspace basis. If you wish to rebrand and customize multiple workspaces, you’ll need to purchase the addon for each workspace separately.
