How to Enable Downvoting in FeedbackChimp

  1. Go to the Boards--> General from your dashboard.
  2. Scroll down to the Voting section.
  3. Toggle the Downvoting option to enable it.
  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

How Users Can Downvote Posts in FeedbackChimp

Once you have enabled downvoting, your users can go to your feedback portal and downvote a post by clicking on the "🔽" arrow as shown below.
