Setting up the Discord Integration
Here’s a step-by-step guide on setting up the Discord integration in FeedbackChimp.
- From your FeedbackChimp dashboard, go to Settings and select Integrations.
- On the Integrations page, scroll down to the Communication tools section. Here, you’ll find a list of compatible apps. Find Discord and click on it to start the integration process.
- You’ll be taken to a new page where you can click Install Discord. This action will redirect you to Discord, where you can authorize FeedbackChimp to access your Discord workspace.
- Choose the Discord server you’d like to connect with FeedbackChimp. Once selected, click Authorize to grant permission for FeedbackChimp to access the server.
After authorization, you’ll find FeedbackChimp listed under Apps in your selected Discord server. This confirms that FeedbackChimp is now connected to Discord.
