- If you don’t have a site yet, click the Add Site button and fill out the necessary details for your FeedbackChimp Feedback Portal.
- In your Fathom dashboard, select the site associated with your Feedback Portal.
- The Site ID will be displayed in the site settings or in the embed code snippet (e.g.,
ABCD1234). Copy the Site ID as you’ll need it to integrate with FeedbackChimp.
Setting up the Fathom Analytics Integration in FeedbackChimp
- From your FeedbackChimp dashboard, navigate to Settings and select Integrations.
- Scroll down to the Analytics Tools section. Locate Fathom Analytics in the list of available integrations and click on it.
