How to Purchase the Remove Branding Addon
Here’s a step-by-step guide to purchasing the Remove Branding addon for your workspace.
Step 1: Activate the Remove Branding Addon
- From your FeedbackChimp dashboard, go to the Billing tab.
- In the Billing section, select the Addons tab.
- Find the Remove Branding addon and click the Activate Now button.
Note: The addon is billed on a Workspace level, it can be purchased for each Workspace you would like to rebrand and make your own.
Step 2: Enter Payment Details
You’ll be directed to the payment page.
- Enter the following information:your email address, country, and ZIP code.
- Click Continue.
Step 3: Select a Payment Method
- Choose a payment method from the options provided. FeedbackChimp currently accepts PayPal and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).
- After adding your payment details, click Subscribe Now to finalize the purchase.
- Your subscription will activate, unlocking premium features for the workspace.
Once the purchase is complete, you’ll receive an invoice, which can be viewed in the Invoice tab under Billing in FeedbackChimp.
